Customized Team Assessment
Hi! Thanks for checking out The Team Enneagram Workshop!
During this session, the team will quickly take an Enneagram assessment and we will break down the results. I will explain each number, the nuances of the Enneagram and how to understand how the numbers impact each other. We will take a dive into how to better understand what it is telling you about yourself, what motivates you, what triggers you, your Vices and Virtues, and HOW TO USE THEM YOUR ADVANTAGE. I also have some personal anecdotes on how I’ve been able to use all this info myself to build my professional career and how I was able to build better teams. If time allows, I will also dig, briefly, into the incredible science behind the Enneagram.
For each session, I will work with you or a coordinator to learn about any team issues we need to target and your team goal(s). I prefer not to know specifics about the persons attending to allow organic group think to occur and prevent any bias. To prevent confirmation bias, it’s easier if they have not taken the Enneagram before we begin (sometimes people have a fear of the unknown). If they have, no worries!
After this session, your team will learn the why behind how we communicate, react, what motivates each other and how to work better with each other. We will talk about ways to improve communication, how to react better, interact better, understand better. Each person gets a very thorough handout with information to begin immediately applying what we’ve learned along with references to my research for your personal follow up interests. No matter what role you’re in on a team, supporting a team, managing the team – you will walk away bonded with a better understanding of each other.
This session is also great for team building needs and is recommended to be paired with a retrospective if your team is experiencing team health difficulties
Leadership Development
Is the struggle with resolving or managing your team’s conflicts draining productivity and/or draining your soul? If you do feel like you spend a majority of your time trying to resolve staff conflicts or manage the human side of work instead of on the actual work… may I interest you in door number YOU?
When you think back thru your career about your most inspiring, effective leaders, most likely you reflect on ones with the ability to pull out the best in someone, pour their best into people and promote the reflection of the best in those around them. Staying an effective leader is something that we must prioritize and do continuously.
We will take the information gained from the team session and apply it to creating a detailed plan specifically for you and your teams' benefit. This will be something driven by feedback and knowledge gained by your Enneagram Number. We will review what the Enneagram offers us for you in terms of leadership best practices and create a plan together for you to set your team on a trajectory for success!
Team Retrospective
Sometimes, a team goes through struggles. Occasionally, I've seen a team benefit from having what's called a Retrospective (stealing this from my time as an Agile Professional). A Retrospective is an Agile event used as a time to look back at what's working, not working, what to improve, what to cut, etc. It's a time set aside for a team to pause, celebrate wins, review challenges, pivot (change course) and in all situations, make a plan for improvements.
If we sense a team needs this, we can take the time to work through some of the specific issues and create a plan of improvement together! I have several Retro exercises up my sleeve, based on what the situation is, that can help to create a safe, vulnerable space for a team to open up, share, and a plan of action for your team to take back to action.
Time and time again, I have seen this help teams with various types of challenges.
Process Decomposition Review
When processes are not working quite like they should in a workplace, it’s worth taking a high level review to see what can be done to to improve.
This is something I do regularly to help teams see how they can improve, process workflow diagrams. It’s a great team builder and also can help you with breakthroughs when you’re stuck. It’s also something development teams use to see how they should break down stories, use during design sessions. (This is useful for any type of team, not just technology).

Individual Development Session
Everyone can benefit from Self Improvement, Self Awareness, or just someone to bounce the ideas off of. In one of these sessions, you may quickly take the Enneagram assessment, then we will break down each number and I will review each of them briefly and how your number interacts with them. We will take a deep dive into your triggers, and how your strengths and virtues help you overcome.
You may also use this time to create of review your personal and professional life. We can review your goals and how you can use this knowledge about yourself now to improve your leadership for your teams, build better relationships with your peers, and get more from others around you. If we can, will also dig into the incredible science of the Enneagram.
I will then help you create a plan of action that works specifically for YOU. Based on your results. I'll help you work through the ideas you're probably already considering for yourself and create an actionable plan starting from today. After a consultation for us to prep on what exactly you need, after our session(s), you will walk away from the session with more insight on yourself, knowledge on how you can improve and an action plan to make it happen.
